Third-Party Software Support Changes

Support was added for Citrix XenApp 6.5, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP1, and Windows Server 2012 R2. We recommend upgrading to supported versions of these products. See Important Upgrade Tasks in this document and technical requirements documents on the Customer Resource Center.

The Gordian HRA (Health Risk Analysis) is no longer supported in the UL Hosted Solution environment.

Tablet Compatibility



The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet is verified to be compatible with SYSTOC 7.50 and above and Tap2Chart 1.0.3 and above. See Tap2Chart 1.0.3 Maintenance Release 1 and 2 for details.

Enhancements

Security:
  • Permissions: control who can view and edit charts that contain drug test results. See Utility.
  • Clinical Work Area: location sensitivity was added to Chart/Orders > Search Medical Record and Chart/Orders > Chart Box to limit visibility of charts by location. See Clinical Work Area.

Billing: during the billing jump, ICD codes for new HCFA and UB invoices now populate from Treatment (when there is a saved treatment with a status of T). See Billing Folder.

Signatures: apply your signature and close the window in one step using a new option, Apply and Close. See Multiple Locations and Utility.

Tap2Chart 1.0.3 Maintenance Release 1

Support for Internet Explorer 11 was added and multiple enhancements and issue resolutions were completed. See Tap2Chart 1.0.3 Maintenance Release 1 and 2 for details.
Note: This maintenance release works with SYSTOC 7.51 and SYSTOC 7.50.
  • Create forms unrelated to a SYSTOC injury record, such as an independent medical exam, using a new option in form edit mode.
  • Launch Tap2Chart in a web browser other than your default.
  • View the injury ID and date in previous visits before you use copy data.
  • Control the sections of a previous note that copy (or don't copy) into a current note.
  • Order non-prescription items such as physical therapy using a prescription pad.
  • Update SYSTOC workflow sequences when you finalize a note (according to the configuration defined in SYSTOC).
