Personal Preferences

You can now apply your signature and close the window in one step. You can still select Apply to Form if you prefer to keep the signature window open after signing. (19560)

Program Preferences > Browser Settings

A link to a new screen was added to Program Preferences, where you can add browser paths and use browser arguments:

  • An administrator can add browser paths for Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and can prioritize the browsers.
  • You can use this feature to launch Tap2Chart in a web browser other than your default browser.
See Browser Settings.

A checkbox option, Use Browser Arguments? can be used when needed to send a set of parameters to a specific browser when it is launched. The argument value is added by UL EHS Sustainability and is not editable. (21707)

See the Resolved Issues section below for information about utilizing Use Browser Arguments? with Google Chrome.

Security > Permission

You can specify who can view drug test results. On the Permission screen, select the checkbox Allow View for the component name frmDrug_tests to allow viewing of any task prototype that contains a drug test results section. A user with this permission can open, view, and edit a PDF containing drug test results that is attached to an order. An error message displays if a user without this permission attempts to open a PDF that contains drug test results. (21717, 25123)
