Invoicing	When using the billing jump, the source of ICD codes that populate the invoice header of new HCFA and UB invoices has changed. They now populate from Treatment when there is a saved treatment with a status of T. (The billing jump is when you select an order, click Invoice, and are taken to Invoice Find). When there is no saved treatment with a T status, ICD codes populate from Injury as before. (21712)
