Viewing Options

This option displays filtering criteria above the list of files, and allows the user to limit the list to files of a specific type(s). It is available in the Updates and Inventory views (see Data Filters).

This option displays the entire inventory of standard reports and PDF forms, custom reports and forms, and state reports and forms available to the user for his/her version of SYSTOC. It may take a minute or more to gather the information to generate this view. The inventory list does not include reports and forms the user has developed on his/her own; it includes only reports and forms written and maintained by SYSTOC.

This option displays a complete list of new standard, custom, and state reports and forms available since the Updater tool was last run (this is the default view when the Updater is accessed).

This option toggles between Preview Mode and list view. If the Preview option is selected while in list view, the currently-selected file opens in Preview Mode.
