HRA Individual Reports Individual reports are used to view or print HRA results for one patient. Wellness (Individual) Wellness reports compare the risk factors for the current individual to national mortality statistics. Progress (Individual) Progress reports compare current HRA data to previous HRA data for a given individual. These reports are useful for highlighting changes in a person’s risk factors—such as increased seat belt usage or decreased physical activity—and the impact they have on her/his overall health assessment.
