Set Up Security and Preferences

Security

1. Go to Utility > Security > User Information
2. Assign users at least Level 1 permissions for the following screens:

   Screen Name and Path	Component Name	Permissions
   Utility > Security > User Information		Form Access: A, C, or O
   Orders	frmOrders	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
   File Maintenance > Laboratories	frmDruglabs	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
   Company Folder > Company Drug Programs	frmDrugcdtps	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
   Screening Folder > Drug Test	frmDrug_tests	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
   File Maintenance > Setup - Drug Screening > Test Protocols	frmDrugtmpl	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change

Program Preferences

3. Go to Utility > Program Preferences > Auto close drug tests on HL7 imported Negative results, set your preference, and save your changes.
   When checked, the system automatically closes drug test records when all substance results in the panel are negative.
