  1. Search for group and sub group.
    1. File Maintenance > Setup - Orders > Task Groups.
    2. Type master group ID in the Group ID field at the top of the SYSTOC screen, in the Search grid.
    3. For large groups, Search by the Sub Group ID also.
    4. Select the sub group you want to work on.
    5. If it doesn't exist, Add a new record.
    6. The correct Master Group ID and Sub Group ID should display in the Task Groups section of the data entry screen before proceeding.
  2. Search Tasks.
    1. Use the Enter Search Criteria to find Prototypes field to enter a keyword from a task you want to include in the group/subgroup.
    2. If possible, use a keyword that shows several tasks.
    3. Click the adjacent Search button next to the field (Alt+E, not the Search button at the top of the screen).
  3. Select Tasks.
Click in the left-column box for any task(s) you want to add to this group/subgroup.
  4. Add Tasks.
Click the Add button to move a task from the left grid to the right grid.
  5. Repeat.
    1. Repeat steps 2 through 4 until all tasks have been added to the group.
  6. Review.
    1. Check the list of the Prototypes in this Group box for completeness.
    2. Remove any you don't want.
    3. Save.

The sequences can be created either here or from the task prototype. This button activates the same wizard from either location.
