Assigning Task IDs to iSYSTOC Permission Groups

  1. Select the group you want to add tasks to from the list view.
    The name and description of the selected group defaults into the fields at the top of the data entry screen.
  2. Gather tasks to choose from in the Task List area of the screen. You can:
    • Click the Task Search button to display all available tasks and select from that list, and/or
    • Search for a particular task or group of tasks by entering search criteria in the data entry field above the Task List area and then clicking the Task Search button
  3. Click in the Add field next to one or more tasks you want to assign to the group.
  4. Click the Add Tasks >> button to move the designated task(s) to the Selected Tasks portion of the screen.
    The tasks listed in the Selected Tasks section are added to the group.
  5. To remove an unwanted task from the Selected Tasks area, click in the adjacent Remove field and then click the << Remove Tasks button.
