Step 1: Generating and Exporting Report Data

  1. In SYSTOC, go to Screening Folder > Tuberculosis.
  2. Click on the Reports List button (or press F2) and select the TB Patient List for CSV Export report.
  3. Enter the appropriate values for the data to include in the report and Run the report (Alt+N).
    Note: If you do not include a Test Reason as a report specification, you will need to enter it manually in Excel.
  4. Click the Export Report button at the top of the report display window.
  5. The Export window contains two fields: Format and Destination.
    • In the Format field, select Comma-separated values (CSV) from the drop-down menu.
    • In the Destination field, select Disk file.
    • Click OK.
  6. In the Number and Data Format Dialog, check both Same number formats as in report and Same date format as in reports, and then click OK.
  7. In the Choose Export File window, browse to the folder where you wish to save the export file so that the folder name displays in the Save in: field. Unless you change the file name, the file will be saved with a default name of TB PATIENT LIST FOR CSV EXPORT and an extension of .CSV.
  8. Click Save.
