Recall Letters Quick Guide

In order to generate recall letters to patients, five steps must occur. These steps are:

  1. The text of the letter must exist in the memo of an F3 Form of the type RECALL in Setup Orders > F3 Forms/Labels.
  2. The ID of the Form created in step 1 must exist in the Task Prototype of the task for which you want a recall.
  3. A Recall Series must exist to define all the events in the series.
  4. Data entry for the first event in the series must occur via Orders.
  5. The report Recall Letter to Patient must be printed on a regular basis.
