Treatment Type of Service

This table stores optional type of service (TOS) codes for treatments. You can add your own codes to what we provide, or possibly obtain one from your state or an insurer. In addition to the ID and Description fields, there is an Alternate ID field to cross-reference your codes with another coding system.
