Status Messages
The Confirmation Status field may contain a message regarding the status of recheck exams.
| Label | Description |
|---|---|
| (blank field) | An old exam from an early version of SYSTOC. No tracking of a recheck is possible. |
| Not available | Audiogram has not been analyzed. To analyze it, save the record. |
| Not required | There is no need for a recheck exam, either because there was no Standard Threshold Shift, or because the company prefers not to verify Standard Threshold Shifts (preference is set in Company file). |
| Recheck Expired | Indicates that a recheck exam was not performed within the 30-day recheck window triggered by an exam exhibiting a Standard Threshold Shift, and SYSTOC has changed the status of the record that prompted the recheck to Recheck Expired, marked the record with Threshold Shift, and established the exam as the new STS Ref Baseline. |
| Recheck by | Indicates that a Standard Threshold Shift has occurred and the audiogram results should be rechecked by the specified date. A Recall reminder is created automatically. |
| Rechecked on | Indicates this audiogram has been rechecked, and gives the date of the recheck exam. |
| Recheck for | Indicates this audiogram is the recheck of a previous audiogram, and gives the date of the original audiogram. |
