Print Schedule

SYSTOC gives you the option to print all or sections of the different types of schedules via the Print Schedule button. By default, the printout is in 24 hour format. If you wish to see only the working day, be sure to highlight the desired hours first.

Note: In addition to the Print Schedule button, you have the option to use the F2 Report called Appointment Schedule, which optionally can include blank lines for unfilled appointment slots.
Schedule Type Description

Daily

To print a daily schedule for a particular user for a specific date, pick the Daily View option and display the schedule you desire. Highlight the person's working hours so that just that portion will print, then select the Print Schedule button located at the top right of the main schedule grid.

The printed schedule looks much like the schedule display on your screen with the time listed to the left and the appointments contained in the individual time slots. The name may or may not be preceded with a three-letter abbreviation. This corresponds to the entry made in the Code field which conveys the reason for the appointment. An eight hour day will fit on a single sheet of paper if you use 15 minute time increments.

Weekly

To print a weekly schedule for a particular user for a particular date range, pick the Weekly View option. The rest of the procedure is identical to printing a daily schedule as explained above. Again, make certain that you have selected the right user and the correct dates.

The printed schedule contains identical elements as the daily one with one significant difference. The grid has seven columns, one for each day with the current day listed to the left. It takes two pages to print a complete weekly schedule because only the first five days, starting with the current day can fit on one page. The second page contains the remaining two. Note that whenever you try to print a weekly schedule, the program will print all seven days starting with the day specified in the Date field.

Group

To print a group schedule select the group option and enter the desired group in the User ID field. Make certain you have selected the correct date. The rest of the steps are the same as previously stated.

The printout of this schedule looks much like the weekly one. But the columns in this printout represent the different staff members belonging to the selected group. Although the screen displays only five columns at one time, the printout will contain all the individuals in the group. If you want to print the group schedule of only some individuals in a particular group, use the Edit User List option available with the right click of the mouse within the Appointments module. A list of users will appear on your screen. Uncheck the individuals that should not appear on your printout and then use the Print Schedule button.
