Refreshing Appointment Data

You may need to refresh your appointment data occasionally, such as when a network has several people entering appointment data from different workstations.

Note: The schedule grid does not instantly refresh when additions or modifications are made by another user on a networked system.

To refresh your view, use one of the following methods:

  • Click Reload (if you have no unsaved activity).
  • Use any active command button or menu choice (such as Save, Copy, etc.).
  • Switch to another module or view, then back to Appointments.
  • For automatic refreshing, enter a number of minutes for the How Often (in minutes) to Refresh Scheduling Data choice under Utility > Personal Preferences, see Personal Preferences.
