Form Security Levels
Clinic administrators should create security levels for staff working with PDF forms. Without these security settings, anyone with access to an orders grid (in Appointments, Orders, Inj/Ill Visit, or CWA) could access a form, make changes, and permanently flatten it.
Go to User Information. In the Form Access field for each user, decide among the following choices:
Choice | Description |
---|---|
N | No access to forms (user cannot open forms) |
O | Open for review (user can view forms, but cannot save changes) |
C | Can alter forms (user can view, edit, and save forms) |
A | Administrator of forms (user can view, edit, save, flatten, and sign forms, etc.) |
