Task Status

This section defines the choices that appear in the Default Status field of the task prototype screen. Each status defines a step in the life of an order. A sample data set is provided for you. Change it as desired, ideally before using SYSTOC. To make changes later, use Special > Change ID from the top menu bar.

This information is used in the Work Flow Sequences (see Setting Up Work Flow Sequences) portion of the task prototype.

For speed, the existing statuses are loaded into memory when any screen that uses them is started. If you add new ones during any session, you'll have to exit the screen you were on and reopen before they will appear on Task Status lists.
