Equipment

All equipment is stored in one file and coded for each type of testing. After adding a record for each type of equipment, go to the Calibration screen to store calibration results and date.

Label	Description
Type	Code indicating the type of machine. `A` for Audiometer, `B` for EBT machines (required codes). Other coding is optional, such as `P` for spirometer. Add new codes as desired using the Add button on the list view.
Serial #	Serial number on the machine.
Description	Description of machine, helps users recognize the machine in a list. If you have inventory ID numbers for each machine, be sure to enter that number as part of the description.
Date Purchased	Optional.
Manufacturer	Name of manufacturer.
Model	The model number is important for calibration purposes.
