User Defined Codes

You can create any coding system you like for companies and use this database to store codes as background files that can be retrieved by the Lookup for the User Code field on the Company screen. For example, you might code your companies' relationships to you, (client, prospect), whether you consider them hot or cold as sales leads, etc.
