Using Fees by Location

The Fees by Location grid displays beside the Fee data entry screen if you have enabled this feature from Utility > Program Preferences > Use Fees by Location field.

When this feature is enabled, a separate fee table is automatically created for each Location, with the Fee Amt and HCFA Loc initially matching the standard fee table. As long as these two fields are not changed in the grid, any change to the standard fee will be reflected in the Fees by Location grid. If a change is made in the grid, it will not be overwritten if the standard fee changes.

Optionally, all Fees can be viewed in the grid together and changed for each location separately.
