Billing Addresses

A billing address indicates where an invoice should be sent. Billing addresses are created automatically for Companies, Company Departments, Benefit Plans, Laboratories, Medical Staff or Attorneys. They can be edited directly on the Billing Addresses screen, or with the Edit Bill Address button that appears on records with a billing address.

Note: Data entered in the email and password fields can be used when the Staple/Send function is used from the Clinical Work Area, Appointment Register, or Orders locations. For more information on this feature, see Staple and Send Charts.
