Report Troubleshooting

If the report doesn't print, consider these possibilities:

  • No data matched your selection criteria. There could be several reasons why this could happen. It is possible that there are no records in the date range you specified. You may have entered an incorrect ID or used one or more blank spaces in a list of IDs, or it may be a simple typographical error; recheck the information you typed in as Values. Some reports have very specific data requirements; if you are having trouble, check the on-screen instructions and the Sample Reports book for additional information about your report.
  • The report went to some destination you did not expect. The report may have been saved with the destination as a file, for example, in which case it is being written to disk, or your computer station may be directing output to the wrong place.
  • The printer is out of paper or off-line.
