Check for Updates

SYSTOC reports and PDF forms are created and/or revised on a routine basis. Because it's important that you keep your collection of reports and PDF forms current, you should check for new and revised material on a regular schedule and update whenever necessary.

The SYSTOC Report - Forms Updater is a special tool you can use to evaluate your current resources and obtain new or updated reports and forms. To access the tool, go to Help > Check for Updates on the main menu.

If you are unable to use the SYSTOC Reports - Forms Updater and the internet to evaluate and update your reports and PDF forms, you can use Report Importer to import and synchronize report files that you have either created yourself or obtained in an alternate manner (such as a CD from SYSTOC Customer Service).

To access the utility, go to File Maintenance > Report Library and click Special > Report Importer. You can also access Report Importer by selecting Report Tool from the program menu that displays prior to the logon screen (when the copy SYSTOC.exe method of workstation setup is used).
