Vital Signs
Use this file to maintain an ongoing record of the patient's basic health information. The fields on this screen are self-explanatory, except for Injury ID; the entry in this field links the record to a particular injury.
It is normally easier to enter the vitals information from the Medical History screen (see Medical History) or the Med History button on the Appointment Register and Inj/Ill Visit screens (see Injury/Illness Visit Screen) or in the Clinical Work Area, under the Patient History Tab - {Injury}.
