Jobs

Use the Jobs screen to identify and optionally evaluate jobs at a company. Ideally you will have one Job record for each position at a client company. If that is too labor-intensive, focus on jobs that must be monitored for drug use, cause high levels of injuries, or involve exposure to toxins.

Identifying jobs is important; rating jobs is optional. Job ratings help the physician determine whether injured workers can return to their normal jobs with or without restrictions.

To evaluate any job:

  • Review the explanation of the Job Rating System before you start.
  • When you have completed the evaluation, print the Job Description report, which provides information from the F3 Memo, Essential Functions Memo, and any job functions that were rated.
  • Give this report to the company to confirm its accuracy.
