Related Reports
Use company reports to evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing, how recently anyone visited your clients, the number of services being used, the amount of dollars generated by your top companies, etc. Some of the most popular reports are listed in Popular Company Reports.
To see samples, see the Sample Reports book on the Customer Resource Center. View reports in SYSTOC by navigating to the area you are interested in (such as Orders) and press F2 to see the list of available reports. For information on how to run a report, see Reports.

| Company Profile | Complete list of all company settings in SYSTOC. Use to verify that company is set up properly. |
| Companies Without Activity | Print periodically to find companies that are in the database but not using your services, based on appointments, orders, and/or fees. |
| Company Service Contracts | Monitor contracts that have expired or are close to expiring. |
| Top Accounts by Revenue | Shows the companies that brought the highest sales revenue, based on date range you specify. |
| Aged Accounts Receivable | Keep an eye on which companies have the largest overdue balance. |
