Companies

This screen stores information on your client companies, prospects, and vendors.

When the SYSTOC installation is for employee health at a single company, consider storing departments instead of companies in this table.

Account and Billing Address tables are created when you save a new company. If you plan to create invoices, be sure to complete the Account table when you add each company.


Company screen

Label Description
Company ID Company identification code.
Corp Office Checked by default. If this is the corporate or only office, leave the checkmark. If the company is a subsidiary of a larger corporation, remove the checkmark and enter the Company ID of the parent in the next field, Corp ID.
Corp ID Select ID for the parent corporation, if different from the Company ID. Be careful if you are using iSYSTOC to permit company access to your data. See Setting Corporate IDs for iSYSTOC Access.
Active Client Check if this company is a client. Use to separate prospects, vendors and former clients from current clients.
Contact Primary contact person. Additional contacts can be stored in the Departments/ Contacts table.
Email Email address for the contact person.
Company Type Type of product or service this company provides.
Company # An assigned number (sometimes referred to as a Risk or Employer Policy Number) that identifies an individual employer in some states.
FEIN Federal Employer Identification Number.
# Employees Number of employees in the company.
NAICS North American Industry Classification System, a system of codes for statistical data.
Comment Use as desired.
Discount % Standard discount for this company's invoices, if any. This is the simplest, but probably not the best, way to discount. For more information see Discounts and Reimbursable Amounts.
Disc Table Discount table, if any, to use for this company's invoices. For a discussion of discount tables, please see Discount Table Names.
Insured Code describing the insurance status. Optional in most states.
Atty ID Name of the company's legal representative.
User Code Code you create to categorize your prospects, clients, etc. For one example, see Using Company Fields for Sales.
Sales Rep ID of the clinic's assigned sales representative.
Sales Memo Click this button to access a memo to record sales-related notes.
Client Since Date company became a client.
Last/Next Contact Modify these dates each time you have contact with the company. To quickly insert today's date, press F8.
Warning Flag This text creates a pop-up window seen by staff when scheduling for this company. Accommodates up to 200 characters.
Alt Company ID An alternate ID of the company, perhaps from another computer system.
Audio fields For help with these fields, see Audiology Defaults and Company Preferences. You can make changes to audio preferences globally, rather than on a company-by-company basis, with the assistance of SYSTOC Customer Supportpersonnel; call 844.881.8713 for details.
OSHA Age Correction Check if audiograms should be age corrected.
Recheck STS Shift Check if Standard Threshold Shift (STS) should be verified within 30 days.
Reset STS Baseline Check if the baseline should be moved after an STS occurs.
Edit Bill Address Use this button to change the billing address, see About Billing Addresses.
Billing Address Self-pay invoices for this company are sent to this address. By default, it is the main company address. Change as needed using the button.
