Set Up Clinical Laboratories

Add a laboratory record for each laboratory you use.

Provide your SYSTOC configuration specialist with a list of the laboratory IDs that you want to use. These must be added to the Workplace Health & Safety Integration Service.

  1. Go to File Maintenance > Laboratories. Press F1 to view detailed information about the Laboratories screen.
  2. Add the laboratory ID, name, and relevant demographic fields and save.
  3. Press the Accounts Info button, and complete the Description, Account Number, and Lab Location Code fields. Select a Location ID, if appropriate, and save.
    Note: Some laboratories may not use a location code.
  4. Repeat the steps for each clinical laboratory.
