Check SYSTOC Permissions

Make sure that appropriate users have at least Level1 permissions or permissions for the following screens:

Screen Name and Path	Component Name	Permissions
Utility > Security > User Information		Form Access: A, C, or O
Orders	frmOrders	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
File Maintenance > Laboratories	frmDruglabs	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
Screening Folder > Lab Results - HL7	frmLabResultsHL7	View, Add, Edit, Allow Memo and Memo Change
