Tap2Chart
Tap2Chart is a versatile framework that is used to produce notes containing fluid narrative text that read more like natural dictation than computer-generated text.
It works in conjunction with an extensive library of data that is applicable to occupational health, urgent care, and PT/OT to provide "point and click" data entry. The library can be expanded and modified to streamline nearly all aspects of writing a visit note. Tap2Chart also contains sections for printing prescriptions, documenting dispensed medications, and creating orders as part of the workflow.

Note: Tap2Chart does not use the SYSTOC forms workspace, as it is a
browser-based application. A finalized Tap2Chart note is attached to the
order from which it was launched and thereafter will open in the SYSTOC forms workspace.
