Reprint Past Process

You may have a processing run and later discover that the printer jammed. You cannot use the rollback function unless the flawed process is the most recent one, and in any case there is no need to roll back just to solve a printing problem. You can still reprint the invoices from a past processing, even if you have already processed another batch.

The list in the Past Processes section of the Billing > Process/Print screen contains a limited number of recent processing events. Click on the one you want to reprint and select the Reprint Process button. If you do not want to print one or more of the processing reports when you reprint the invoices, go to the Print Process Reports section of the screen and unmark the reports you want to skip.
