Reports Included in Processing

The list of standard processing reports that is displayed in the Print Process Reports area will be printed every time you process invoices. Sometimes when processing is interrupted by printer problems you may want to reprint the invoices, but not the reports. Using this option lets you temporarily deselect unwanted reports from the list for the purpose of reprinting only.

The decision to print a report during processing is made in File Maintenance > Setup - Billing > Invoice Report Order, discussed under Invoice Report Order.

You cannot add or remove reports for normal invoice processing on the Print Process Reports area of the screen. Even if you uncheck reports in the list, SYSTOC will reload the list and print all the reports unless you are reprinting a past process.
