Summary Information

Pressing the Line Item Summary button takes you to the Invoice Summary screen, which displays all the charge details, receipts, and adjustments recorded for the invoice.

Two different views of the Invoice Summary screen are available: the C/R/A View and the Line Item View.

• The C/R/A View displays Charges first, then Receipts, then Adjustments, each with a subtotal and a total at the bottom for the entire invoice.
• The Line Item View shows charge transactions with corresponding receipts and adjustments. Line Item View gives you details about the selected invoice not accessible in C/R/A View.

The Current Line Balance field at the bottom of the Charges area shows the current total (after receipts, if any, have been applied) for the line the cursor is highlighting. By clicking on an individual item you can display that line in data screen view. The Print Summary button will allow you to print directly from this screen.
