TB Reports

This topic explains the benefits of the Tuberculosis reports available in the SYSTOC standard report set.

To obtain benefit from most TB-related reports, you must have a job history record for employees who hold jobs with TB-exposure risk, or who work occasionally in at-risk units.
  • The TB Risk by Unit report can used be after an exposure to print the TB records of all employees who worked in the affected unit of a company when the exposure occurred. You can also print the report by department or job, but by unit is the most accurate approach.
  • The TB Status Report prints a listing of all tuberculosis records for a specified range of dates, limited, if desired, to a specific company, department, patient ID, or test result.
  • The TB Activity report shows TB-related activity for all current employees of a company for a specified range of dates, filtered by department, job, or unit. It prints a warning if an employee had no TB activity within the time period. It can be used to determine if required monitoring activity has occurred.
  • The Patient Immunization Record report may include TB results, along with other immunization activity, for a particular employee.
