Tuberculosis Recall

You may wish to create a recall record to remind the patient about subsequent testing.

This process works only if the appropriate Recall Series has been created under the File Maintenance > Setup - Orders > Recall Series. See Recall Series for complete setup instructions.

Note: You must perform data entry for the first event through Orders (the Data/Print function or a PDF form), and not directly in the Tuberculosis screen accessed from the outline menu, to trigger the automatic recall feature for subsequent testing. If you do not use Orders, you will not be able to take advantage of automatic recalls.
Upon saving the first record in the series, one of two things will happen:
  • If you have selected Auto Add Recalls option in Recall Series, recall records are automatically made.
  • If you did not select Auto Add Recalls option in Recall Series, you will see a system message asking if it is OK to create the recall.
