Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation screen provides a comprehensive view of all the information needed to handle the registration and case activity for a rehab-related visit. The screen is quite large and will be discussed in segments. Different clinic staff members will use different portions at different times as they complete their jobs. This discussion assumes that the Patient Summary portion of the registration process (patient demographic information) is already complete.
