Selecting a New Form

When a form is attached to an order, its name appears in the Form field on the orders grid. (You may need to scroll to the right to see this field.) You can replace another type of attachment with a form or select a different form by clicking in that field and making a selection from the drop-down list.

However, a form can only be changed if it has never been opened and saved. To determine whether a form has been saved, look at the form icon; the icon for an "unsaved" form has a white background. For more information, see Working with Forms.

If the order has no PDF form attached and you wish to add one, click on the circle icon in the F column. By default, SYSTOC browses to your computer's temporary file folder to look for files. You may browse to any subdirectory or folder to obtain the file. SYSTOC retains the path of the last file you selected, making it advantageous to save all files awaiting attachment in a single location. SYSTOC Standard PDF Forms are located in your SYSTOC network folder under Forms. (example: SYSTOC > 750 > Forms).
