Deleting Current Orders
Providers will occasionally want to delete an order that is not needed for the current appointment. Orders should never be deleted because they are complete. Only delete an order if it is inappropriate for the current visit and should not be done.
To do this, place a check mark in the box in front of
the order(s) you want to delete. Then, with the mouse still positioned over the
grid portion of the tab, click the right mouse button to display the option
menu.
Click on the Delete Order(s) option to select it. A system message will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the selected order(s). Responding Yes completes the deletion. Responding No halts the process.
