Recall Series

Recalls remind patients to come back to the clinic for future planned activity. They are created automatically by the data entry from an order for the first step in a series of events. This screen establishes the links in a series of tasks. Recalls can be circular, having no finite end (for example, DOT physicals). The creation of Recalls can be automatic or open to user choice. Generally, clinics want them to be automatic.

Note: Anytime one event should trigger another event, use Recall Series to ensure it happens.

Note: You must do data entry via orders for recalls to work.
