Log Files

A log File called FeeProg.log maintains a record of each time the user creates the file from SYSTOC and each time the user reloads SYSTOC. This log also manages a comprehensive list of changes that the user has made to the fee codes.

A Log File called FeeProg_Error.log is created if an error occurs during the running of the program.

Errors may occur during the creation of the fee file, during the reload process, or during the start of the program. If this happens, contact SYSTOC Customer Support for assistance at 800.779.3887, option 1.
