Viewing the Fee File and Your Changes

All Fee Codes (TAB 1):

This tab displays the fields contained in the SYSTOC Fee file. Each time you use the Change Fees in Grid Button, the data in the grid are modified according to your change specifications.

A lock icon appears in some of the columns headers. This indicates that the data in these columns cannot be edited. Data in columns WITHOUT the lock CAN be edited manually. You might want to do this, for example, to round up a single fee, or to make changes to fields that cannot be changed globally, such as clinic cost, RVU, etc. We suggest that if you use this program to make such changes, you complete all your Fee amount changes first and make sure you are satisfied with them before working on other fields.

Any column header can be dragged and dropped into the gray area at the top of the grid to modify the sort order. The sorting will be lost each time you use the Change Fees in Grid button.

Reload from Last Save button: Select this button to throw away your recent changes and work with the file as it existed the last time you saved it with Save Grid to Temp File. This button is only visible when the All Fee Codes tab is active.

New Changes (TAB 2):

After you use the Change Fees in Grid button this box will fill with a list of all affected fee codes along with the new and old pricing structure. If you manually change one of the editable boxes in the grid within Tab 1, then the New Changes box will contain the fee code information that you modified. This box will only contain one fee code when doing manual modifications as it clears prior to recording each change.
