Cautions

  1. Periodically save your work. There is no way to undo individual changes. If you make a change you don't want to keep, you have the option of not saving the working file and reverting to the previously saved version (by using the Reload from Last Save button), or reloading the original file and starting over from the beginning.
  2. Once you load the new fee file into SYSTOC, there is no way to reload the previous file except to restore from normal backup tapes.
  3. This program is not designed to work with multiple datasets! If you have multiple SYSTOC installations (for example, locations that access separate data, or separate employee health installation), finish your changes and reload one SYSTOC dataset prior to working with another SYSTOC dataset.
  4. When the program tells you the Fee file is "locked" it actually is not locked until the users currently in SYSTOC have logged off. The file locking will occur when they try to log back on. While it is rare for anyone to want to change the Fee file, to be safe you should probably warn any other user who has the rights to make such changes that you will be working on the file outside of SYSTOC and no one should change it from within SYSTOC. If anyone does, his or her changes will be overwritten when you update SYSTOC with your changes.
