How we may collect information about you

Personal information you give us. You may choose to provide personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) on this website. Contact us/Feedback/Informational requests. If you e-mail us through the “Contact Us”, “Feedback” or “Information Request” links on this site, we ask you for information such as your name and e-mail address so we can respond to your questions and comments. Questionnaires and surveys. We occasionally may ask visitors to our Website to complete online surveys, quizzes, and opinion polls about their activities, attitudes and product use.
