Webcast: The
Health Risk of Synthetic Fragrances

The
American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN)
and several other healthcare groups are sponsoring a
webcast October 15 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern
Time. Titled “Reducing Workplace Exposure to
Synthetic Fragrance,” the webcast will summarize
common adverse reactions to fragrances (some of
which can lead to serious health effects),
individual sensitivity, worker safety, and policy
issues facing fragrance-free workplaces.
There is a fee to participate and 1.5 continuing
nursing education contact hours will be granted. The
registration deadline is October 13. Visit
