Worksite Weight Loss Programs Do Work

[Posted 07/03/2008] After reviewing 11 studies published since 1984, researchers at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine concluded that employer-sponsored weight loss programs are at least somewhat effective for participants. Worksite programs included education and counseling to improve diet and increase physical activity.
