DOT Drug Testing Questions

[Posted 08/01/2008] The Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance (ODAPC) has published another in its series of questions and answers regarding the interpretation of 49 CFR Part 40. This rule covers procedures for conducting workplace drug and alcohol testing for segments of the transportation industry that are federally regulated.
