Technical Support Specialist

Location: Skowhegan, ME

We are seeking a full–time, entry–level Technical Support Specialist for our Skowhegan, Maine office. This highly technical position will provide end user support for clinic management software. Starting wage is $13.50–$14.50 per hour depending on level of experience.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • A strong knowledge of relational databases
  • A strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting
  • IT/help desk experience
  • Excellent telephone, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Patience and courteousness when working with people by telephone
  • Dedication to providing exemplary service
  • To be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary

This is a full–time hourly position with a pay range of $13.50–$14.50/hour depending on level of experience.
