SYSTOC 7.24 Software  

OHR has released the 7.24 version of  SYSTOC, containing a new, highly flexible, transcription-style PDF form called tap2chart and an updated Health Risk Analysis.

The tap2chart form is the backbone of SYSTOC’s sophisticated EMR. It begins with the concept of “point and click” and takes it one step further: its flexible structure lets it become almost any form, letter, or other document you need. Use supplied templates to create standard transcription or design your own custom documents. The library of pre-defined phrases has been expanded to include virtually everything you will need for urgent care, occ med, and PT/OT services.
