The registration form may be completed on-line (coming very soon), or printed from an Acrobat version or the on-line printer friendly version and mailed to OHR at PO Box 900, Skowhegan, ME 04976 or faxed to 207-474-6938. Registration may be canceled with full refund until 30 days prior to the conference date. Thereafter, $50 of the fee is non-refundable. |
